LADC LLC will complete the required paperwork and sign applications for foreign workers—such as those who speak English & Cambodian—for full-time, permanent employment in the U.S. Employment-Based: Third Preference (EB-3).
U.S. Employers
U.S. employers with a valid Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) who wish to act as our agents may sponsor foreign workers for full-time, Green Card, or permanent employment opportunities in the United States.
Foreign Worker
A person who is being sponsored by employer for permanent employment in the United States will obtain a Green Card and a Social Security Number, and will become eligible to apply for a driver’s license with a chauffeur endorsement
Agent / Attorney
A legal entity or individual who possesses a Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) and is authorized to act on behalf of an employer
